Lifestyle Photoshoot Highlights
I am so excited for the debut of this photoshoots...
A few years ago, and by a few I mean several, Athena of @athenamariephotography approached me to do up a logo for her photography business. I had just moved back home to Northern western Ontario and was doing some freelance design work on the side.
Since we were both starting out in our businesses, we bartered for our services. (Hint to new entrepreneurs this is a great way to collab and get some much needed photos, branding and anything else you need to start up).
So, I worked with her to design up a logo she loved, and she we would plan a photography session down the line.
I had wanted to start a lifestyle and wellness blog back then so I knew I wanted to do up some shots for that but, well, life happened. We just didn't get around to doing the photo shoot. The timing was just off for me to start up the blog.
A couple months ago, when I was preggers, Athena messaged me and asked if I still wanted to do the shoot, and I since I had just launched House of Gabrielle, it felt like the time was finally right and the stars aligned.
I absolutely love how the shots turned out. Athena was so great at putting me at ease and getting me to loosen up.
