Quick and Healthy Snack Idea: Green Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Love a good green smoothie? Then this recipe is for you.



These days with all the cravings of pregnancy, this green smoothie recipe is a great way to get my fruits and vegetables in. The kids seems to like it quite a bit as well, I just double up on the fruit and reduce the veggies.


Recipe


Ingredients:

handful of spinach

quarter of an english cucumber

2 tbsps of dehydrated or fresh ginger

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple and passion fruit

1/2 cup of water


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired smoothness.

Pour in a glass and enjoy!
