Avocado Toast Ideas

I love avocado toast. It's a quick, easy, healthy breakfast or lunch idea and there are so many ways to pair if you want to mix it up from the usual.



I use a gluten free bread and a vegan butter (if I use it), to make this a dairy free, gluten free meal. My favourite gluten free bread is DUINKERKEN FOODS Gluten Free High Fiber, Multi-Grain Bread. You can purchase it from amazon here.


My favourite combos are avocado, toast and:

  • Lactose free cheese

  • Sun dried tomatoes

  • Chopped up boiled eggs

  • Dijon Mustard and sprouts

  • Fresh tomatoes

  • Sun dried tomatoes and Prosciutto

  • Smoked salmon and boiled egg

  • Scrambled egg
